Learn to lead projects from idea to implementation
You will become part of an international PMO with 70+ colleagues – spanning 20 nationalities and 3 continents. 40+ of us work from our newly expanded headquarter office in Hedehusene, Denmark, and this is where you will join us. In the PMO you will also experience that we work focused and with flexibility – both making use of time in the office and also working from home through our virtual office tools.

You will team up with a project manager who will mentor you and take you onboard large, strategic projects from day 1. Projects which involve everything from global IT integration and HR efforts that impact the everyday lives of 75,000 colleagues worldwide to the roll-out of new customer engagement platforms. Furthermore, you will be introduced to different business divisions and group functions and attend internal and external PM courses and training – for instance, you will work towards a PRINCE2 certification to ensure you can comfortably navigate our PMO Project Framework.

- Initiate, plan and execute projects in accordance with the project scopes
- Network and collaborate with stakeholders from across the business to ensure alignment between the project’s deliverables and stakeholders’ expectations
- Drive successful change management
- Ensure project quality by managing everything from costs and resources to risk analyses
- Monitor, control and handle project closure
- Prepare monthly highlight reports for project executives and board members

Junior profile with clear project management ambitions
Stepping into this position, you are keen to learn and take on an exciting project management career. Moreover, we imagine that you:
- Have a bachelor’s/master’s degree, perhaps from a relevant business education
- Have previously worked in a project context 1-2 years– e.g. at your student job or internship – so you are familiar with concepts such as project plans, risk assessment and stakeholder analysis
- Communicate effortlessly in English
- Are not afraid to speak your mind, yet know when to hold your tongue – that will bring you far in the discipline of stakeholder management
- Are eligable to reside and work in Denmark
