This is your opportunity to build experience in international Human Resources Management within one of Denmark’s largest and most successful international companies. As one of our two Student Assistants in Group Human Resources, you will play an important role in supporting the HR department. You will provide assistance to many of our global HR projects and gain a unique insight into the strategic HR development of a 75’000+ employee business.

Your most important tasks are
- To contribute to projects such as Employer Branding, Global Recruitment, DSV Academy, Talent & Succession Management, Employee Engagement Surveys and others
- Take part in our continuous efforts to develop, standardise and simplify HR activities and processes in DSV
- Ad Hoc HR-tasks in collaboration with our Global HR Business Partners
- Data analysis (Excel) and presentations (PowerPoint)
- Various recurring monthly reporting tasks (e.g. financial cost breakdown and HR reporting)
You
- Are a team player and at the same time have the confidence and drive to work independently
- Have a keen interest in Human Resources Management
- Are solution oriented and not afraid to challenge us to do things differently
- Are detail-oriented and focused on producing work of a high quality
- Have a logical, analytical and structured approach to work
- Possess good communication skills
- Are able to work up to 15 hours per week
Your qualifications
- Currently studying with around 1.5 to 2 years until graduating a BSc or MSc in an area related to this role
- Are at ease working with and analyzing data in Excel, creating reports and you may know how to create and use Macros – or would be a fast learner (we offer various types of training)
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written English language skills (DSV corporate language)
