You will be a member of the Strategy, Tiger & Special Projects Team in Business Applications in DSV’s global IT organisation. You will report to Manager, Mirza Asad Baig, and work with stakeholders across IT. Your main role will be assisting the team with various tasks for example maintaining our Projects Cost Overview as well as other ad hoc tasks which may include desktop research, creating documentation etc.

Project Cost Overview:
- Maintain the Project Cost Overview (this is in Excel) in close liaison with stakeholders
- Creating guides for the users of this overview
Desktop Research:
- Assist in assimilating data & information from internal/public sources
- Presenting the data/information in a presentable manner e.g., in PowerPoint/Excel
Communication:
- Coordinate cross IT departments
- Participate in meetings and present reports, processes, or documentation
- Assist in communication material
Project assistance:
- Assist in various projects
