Join a brand-new platform area focused on delivering next generation infrastructure platform to enable our digital transformation.
We are approximately 30 specialists divided into three teams working with Hybrid Computing Platform (HCP), Onboarding and governance, and Digital Services Infrastructure. We are a highly diverse and open-minded department who welcomes a great mix of different people into our midst.
Join us as Release Train Engineer in DSV’s newest Infrastructure platform area and be responsible for ensuring that infrastructure products live up to quality and meet the demands requested from DSV’s business areas.
You, together with a small management team, will be responsible for driving the Agile transformation taking an existing program into operation and insuring implementation of Agile framework across the IT organization for HCP. You will be the one leading Scrum Masters and others in adopting Agile tools, Collaboration models and cadences for the HCP area.
As our RTE, you will have a key role in shaping the DSV Hybrid Computing Platform of tomorrow. The HCP team is newly established, and you will have the opportunity to form your role and influence the way the HCP area is working with Agile methodologies.
Your main task will be to coach and guide Scrum Masters and Product teams within the HCP program and area, including:

- Drive the change management journey towards Agile ways of working
- Management of HCP area iterations and facilitates events like program increments and Systems demos
- Encourage collaboration and communication between teams in the HCP area
These responsibilities require that you will act as both as a technical problem solver as well as a high-level architect.
For you to succeed, we emphasise the following background:
- Experience working with DevOps and SAFe methodologies
- Proven experience as RTE from an international company or organization
- Experience in working with Agile mindset in an IT Infrastructure environment
- Proficiency in English
