DSV's global data center infrastructure - the entire package, from cabling of power, pds and fiber cables to installation and replacement as well as servicing of equipment. Look forward to a job where we lift as a team and where we agree that going to work should be fun. You will be part of a 24/7 on-call duty 1 week at a time.
Preparation of infrastructure for installation of new IT equipment
As an operations technician, your goal and that of your colleagues is: To take care of the day-to-day operations in the data center and ensure stability and performance. Specifically, you must help prepare the infrastructure for the installation of new IT equipment.
You follow the processes, so we do it right the first time - every time. In this way, you help to ensure that our deliveries have a world-class quality. To succeed, you must, among other things:
You ensure delivery on time, so that we always have a stable environment with high uptime, which means that we are able to act within a short time frame.
Independent and flexible technician with ITIL knowledge
Through your previous jobs, you have built up solid knowledge of IT-electrical installations including pds and fiber cabling, and you have several years of experience with ITIL and change management processes. You are quality conscious and thorough and know that even minor breakdowns can cost the company dearly. You are known for taking responsibility for your tasks and working in a structured way - and you have control over your processes and methods.
It comes naturally to you to take initiatives on your own, and with your structured way of working, you also ensure that you follow through on your tasks. This also means that you are used to documenting your tasks and understand the importance of this. You like being part of a team where you and your colleagues openly share knowledge and experience, and where flexibility is necessary to deliver the goods. Last but not least, you must be able to speak and write English.

- Assist with monitoring, servicing, troubleshooting and breakdowns
- Optimize existing infrastructure
- Prepare, update, and maintain the necessary documentation

- Travel abroad can occur in shorter periods
