Job Req Number: 57801
Time Type: Full Time
Can you align the usage of Agile within our global enterprise? Do you want to develop a scalable agile framework and make sure our IT and business knows how to work within it?
At our new Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence, we support the massive growth DSV is undergoing. More and more parts of DSV are working agile, and as we are expanding, we want to establish an agile framework. This is where you come in.
“You will develop scalable agile setups, coach new Agile-based teams and foster Communities of Practice, so there will be plenty of opportunity for you to put your personal mark on the way we work” says Manager, Lean-Agile Center of Excellence Bjarke Mayntz Blangsted.
Defining best practices
Joining the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence you will gain 2 new colleagues in our global team. Working closely with the manager of the team and another agile coach you will define the agile best practices of DSV. Additionally, you will onboard new agile teams on a continuous basis which lays the foundation of our agile framework.
We are currently not aiming at changing the entire organisation but starting with unifying the teams that has already started the journey. In collaboration with Global BCM and Group PMO, your team supports the transition on a continuous basis as more and more departments start working agile and will continue within our DSV Agile Framework.
“I expect the team to grow. Joining it from the near beginning will grant you the opportunity to shape the ways of working inside the team as well as affecting the agile scaling of DSV,” says Bjarke Mayntz Blangsted.
Become a Scaled Agile swiss army knife
In this early phase of your team’s existence, you will take on many different roles. You might be acting as an Release Train Engineer of one of the Pilot Trains working towards our agile transformation. You will coach existing teams and support initiation of new teams.
Your primary task long term will be guiding and coaching Scaled Agile transitions throughout our organisation. You will do so by providing training, coordinating and coaching the transition of the team, and advising management.
Additionally, you will:
Hands on experience
Naturally, your coordinating and coaching skills are finely tuned. Your ability to listen and receive feedback will help you when running Pilot Trains in the beginning. Later, your ability to explain the importance of agile and agile alignment will be crucial.
Furthermore, you are experienced in implementing an agile setup or are heavily experienced as a release train engineer or Scrum Master.
Qualifications:
Want to know more and apply?
We will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the position and about your options in DSV. You are welcome to call Manager, Lean-Agile Center of Excellence Bjarke Mayntz Blangsted on +45 2541 6587.
