Are you an experienced manager within ultrasound and fascinated by working in a large international healthcare corporation? Siemens Healthineers might have the perfect job for you!
As the Business Lead for Ultrasound in the Nordic and Baltic Countries (NRB Zone), you will shape the strategy for business growth. In collaboration with your team of Sales Managers and Application Specialists spread across the Zone, you will engage with customers from the public and private sector to identify and pursue business opportunities. You will be part of the NRB Leadership team and report to the Head of the NRB Zone as well as to the Regional Head of Ultrasound. Your home location can either be Helsinki, Oslo, Stockholm or Copenhagen.

In short, you will be fundamental to defining and executing a local strategy to position Siemens Healthineers as the key solution provider for Ultrasound within the NRB market. This will be evidenced through orders, sales and market share with the following areas of responsibility:

As a part of your job, it is a requirement that you travel within Nordic and Baltic countries and occasionally to conferences and meetings outside the Zone.

- Responsible and accountable for business success of Ultrasound in the NRB Zone.
- Develop and secure implementation of business strategy for Ultrasound including go to marked and allocation of resources across the Zone.
- Ensure achievement of Zone-specific business targets.
- Manage operational performance including business accountability.
- Ensure transparent business planning and develop marketing programs.
- Manage pricing in the countries to ensure business targets are achieved.
- Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and develop and manage reference sites in the Zone.
- Assist sales team through sales enablement initiatives.
How do I qualify for this job?
- Excellent people management skills – an eye for team dynamics and how best to support and develop team spirit.
- Knowledge of Ultrasound products and solutions.
- Experience in the Healthcare Sector, preferably from an international healthcare corporation where you have demonstrated ability to work in and understand a matrix organization and manage a challenging business environment.
- Excellent English skills, written and verbal, as well as cross-cultural awareness.
- High level of awareness of NRB market.
- Strategic, lateral and innovative thinking.
- Ability to competently plan and organize in order to achieve short and longer-term objectives.
- You are self-driven, visionary.
