Job Purpose

An exciting opportunity to join CBRE Data Centre Solutions in a key role for our client, a Global and world-renowned IT Company as a Data Entry Coordinator.

As Data Entry Coordinator you will work alongside the clients Facility Services Manager and Facilities Support Management Team to develop, implement, and support initiatives, processes, and best practices to support strategic goals and drive performance metrics.

Primary tasks included but not limited to:

  • Develop dashboards, charts and/or spreadsheets to support communication of metrics and reporting.
  • Support in clients Wiki page maintenance and updates I.E. Information Webpage.
  • Assist in managing standards implementation for site and to spearhead collaborative efforts with assisting other sites with implementation of same systems.
  • Manage Site Safety Orientation Vendor Program, IE: Book vendors, deliver presentation, record attendance, and point of contact for compliance check and training renewal.
  • Migrate data to multiple platforms to assist in creating a better overview, to track and reduce duplications.
  • Maintain training matrix with continual tracking for campus and filing of training data.
  • Assign EHS trainings from Cornerstone LMS to FTE’s, contingency workers and contractors as directed.

Skills, knowledge, and experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience in data and/or document related field. 
  • Knowledge and worked with management systems. 
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience working with QHSE (Quality, Safety, Health and Environment)
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate intelligently and effectively with the client, employees, and subcontractors.
  • English Verbal and written
  • Organised, able to effectively prioritise and deliver within a dynamic and high pressure, business critical environments.

Weekly working hours: 37 hours (Monday to Friday), however will need to be flexible at Manager´s discretion.
