Dell Boomi Sr. Alliance Manager, Technology Alliances (Remote Role)

Boomi partners with leading software providers and implementers, as ecosystems, to enable innovation and rich solutions for mutual customers. The Sr. Alliance Manager, EMEA is responsible for the development and execution of a software ecosystem and technology partner strategy for the EMEA region that supports sales growth, customer success, and innovation; and aligns with global software ecosystem priorities.

You will:

Build and run ecosystem strategy and plan aligned with global ecosystem priorities
Drive targeted ecosystem expansion, structure and negotiate appropriate alliance agreements
Develop impactful leadership-level relationships within priority partner organizations
Develop cadence with counterparts within priority partner organizations
Advocate for partners, and be SME on strategy and GTM messaging for global priority ecosystems
Build Boomi’s alliance credentials and flagship wins
Deliver ongoing awareness and enablement for customer-facing team
Engage ecosystem and technology partners to support sales opportunities
Continuously measure/report KPIs and outcomes for key Boomi and partner stakeholders
Collaborate with global alliance managers and BDMs on ecosystem strategies and plans

Essential Requirements

12+ years in the software technology industry; 8+ years in business development or alliances
Experience leading business development or alliance with major technology organization
Comfortable taking initiative and operating in a fast-paced, fluid environment; team player
Can work across all roles and levels both within own organization and partner organizations
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a willingness to dig into the details

Desirable Requirements

Strong technical aptitude
Integration software experience
Experience leading global partnerships
Comfortable with up to 30% travel
