As ERP Specialist, you will have focus on our ERP solution (Unit 4 Business World) and assist our users with direct support and participate in developing projects relating to or involving our ERP solution.
Your role will cover different tasks within ERP support and project support.
Your daily work will include, among:
- User support through Teams, mail, and face to face communication
- Communication with external specialists on ERP matters
- Handling incidents for our cloud ERP environment
- Application support
- Trouble shooting and elevates issues to our partners
- Assists teams and team Leads with defining the right solution in our ERP for a given issue
- Handling user administration
- Onsite and online user training

You will become a part of a team who is handles 1st and 2nd level support which also like service requests and incidents.
It is important that you are a team player who takes responsibility for your own performance as well as your team’s.
We expect you to be curious and eager to learn more about our systems and new technology.
You have previous experience working with an ERP system and know how to deliver excellent service to users.
In addition, you are able to communicate and teach our users best practice and are able to handle stressful situations with a calm and controlled approach.
Furthermore, you have a relevant educational background combined with more than 5 years of experience within ERP support.
