eg is looking for an ERP onboarding manager with reference to the Vice President of Corporate PMO who sits in the corporate management team. Acquiring vertical software companies is a part of egs strategy to become the leading vertical software company in Scandinavia, in which you will play an important role leading the ERP onboarding of the companies eg acquires
eg have acquired more than 20 companies in the last 3 years and we have acquired 13 companies in 2021.

The ideal candidate
In order to successfully drive successful implementation and onboarding of ERP solution with acquired companies, you will work closely together with the VP of the corporate PMO, onboarding leads, process owners, datamigration lead, product management lead and the management of the eg and the acquired companies management. It is therefore crucial that you master managing cross organizational networking and collaboration and have a track record for managing change. Furthermore, we expect the following from you:

Key responsibilities and tasks:
As our ERP onboarding manager you will lead the onboarding of acquired companies to egs ERP solution by e.g.
- Use your project management expertice to onboard acquisitions on to egs operating model
- Drive analysis, planning, mobilisation, execution and celebration of ERP onboarding
- Demonstrate how to lead a dedicated onboarding team within several functions across borders
- Collaborate with process owners, datamigration lead, internal specialists and vendors on joint analysis and planning.
- Lead and further optimise the ERP onboarding process and supporting tools
- Implement and further improve responsive and global solutions to drive operational scale
- Support moving the ERP organization into operations mode and embraze a structured change request process
- Liaison with eg management who own the acquired businesses to understand how to manage the change best.
- Actively participate in the onboarding lead team to coordinate system onboarding (ERP, CRM, ITSM etc.)
The ideal candidate
In order to successfully drive successful implementation and onboarding of ERP solution with acquired companies, you will work closely together with the VP of the corporate PMO, onboarding leads, process owners, datamigration lead, product management lead and the management of the eg and the acquired companies management. It is therefore crucial that you master managing cross organizational networking and collaboration and have a track record for managing change. Furthermore, we expect the following from you:
- +5 years of project management or consulting experience – involved in ERP projects
- Knowledge of ERP solutions, enterprise architecture and datamigration.
- Experience, preferably, from implementing new or updated processes, solutions and system integrations
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills with both external and internal stakeholders
- Passion for continuous learning, process governance and being a promoter of best practices
- Preferably experience in post merger integrations and finance operations
- Thrive in handling great complexity and a large network of stakeholders
- A true motivator and emphatic team player, who can deliver results
- Speak and write English fluently, preferably Danish as well
- Structured, persistent, pragmatic and a natural leader
