As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will have a broad strategic and operational scope. You will plan, develop and oversee programs, strategy and processes for our global C&B initiatives.
As part of working towards One Columbus, we need to set the direction for where we want to go. This is where you will put your knowledge and drive and into play on how to setup C&B structures that recognizes great performance in a global approach and drives organizational capabilities.
We envision you to be a part of our journey towards digitalization of our ways of working. You will work closely with managers across the organization as well as the People/HR-team, with direct reporting line to our Chief People Officer. As part of the People/HR-team, you will collaborate closely on how your initiatives operate in alignment with our new internal values, focusing on Supporting curiosity, Building trust, Facilitating collaboration and Delivering customer successes throughout our organization.
This global position is placed in Denmark and professional working or full professional proficiency in both Danish and English is therefore required.

Welcoming you in the position
We believe you are experienced within C&B on operational and strategic level, preferably from an international organization. With a data-driven approach and analytical mindset you will be able to connect different pieces of the puzzle in to one whole picture and form Columbus global C&B program.
In Columbus we actively work on our DEIB agenda, and we therefore see that you are passionate about diversity, equality, inclusion and belonging and you have previous experience facilitating and contributing to an open environment and mindset, where everybody is provided equal opportunities and can thrive.
For this role we see that your educational background is a Bachelor or Master´s degree within Human Resource Management, Business Administration or similar. You are curios and are comfortable being responsible for driving your own agenda but understand that the success often is achieved in overlap and collaboration with others. You are a natural problem-solver and can’t help keeping yourself up to date within your area of expertise.

Your main responsibilities and focus will be to...
- Create a global road map for Columbus Global when it comes to C&B-matters. We are coming from local initiatives and have started the journey towards a one common setup for the company.
- Ensure that C&B policies and programs remain attractive, inclusive and competitive based on market benchmark (e.g. incentive schemes, reward & recognition, benefits programs, employees´ wellbeing)
- Design and implement new C&B programs
- Conduct job gradings and pay equity analysis for multiple countries to obtain market references and provide recommendations across all markets
- Be responsible for statistics and data within C&B to ensure a data–driven approach in everything we do
- Be deeply involved in the digitalization of our ways of working, especially in within C&B
- Facilitate global assignments and international employee relocations
