We expect you hold strong analytical skills, a sense of detail at the appropriate level, above average IT skills and the ability to execute and implement on a wide variety of Business Optimization projects. We expect you hold strong analytical skills, a sense of detail at the appropriate level, above average IT skills and the ability to execute and implement on a wide variety of Business Optimization projects.What can you expect?Design and execution of End2End operational processes within the Ocean and Airfreight product ensuring a stable foundation for SGL operations enabling a strong business growth Business Optimization initiatives within the Ocean & Airfreight product incl. RPA & offshoring of operational tasks to Manila SSC all supporting SGL efficiency lever Support with maintaining, developing and driving business analysis tools in close cooperation with the global management team to ensure business targets & needs are met Support with maintenance and development of operational tools and systems enabling operational efficiency gains Keep up to date with the digital market development and cooperate with IT on implementing/developing new solutions and tools to current portfolio be it internally as well as externally Design and execution of End2End operational processes within the Ocean and Airfreight product ensuring a stable foundation for SGL operations enabling a strong business growthBusiness Optimization initiatives within the Ocean & Airfreight product incl. RPA & offshoring of operational tasks to Manila SSC all supporting SGL efficiency leverSupport with maintaining, developing and driving business analysis tools in close cooperation with the global management team to ensure business targets & needs are metSupport with maintenance and development of operational tools and systems enabling operational efficiency gainsKeep up to date with the digital market development and cooperate with IT on implementing/developing new solutions and tools to current portfolio be it internally as well as externallyWe are looking for someone with the following experience/personal skills:Have a minimum of at least 3 years of experience from a similar role, or alternatively up to 10 years of experience within freight forwarding & 3PL logistics Strong knowledge and understanding of operational processes within Ocean and Airfreight operations Advanced IT skills including, but not limited to Excel (incl. VBA), PPT, Microsoft Visio, BI tools, AxsFreight & CW1 Ability to build reports, dashboards and similar in excel A continuous improvement mindset focusing on constant optimization of existing processes and systems Strong Project Management skills Strong business analytical skills incl. ability to measure and analyze key P&L metrics (GP, Margins etc.) Experience with offshoring and outsourcing of operational tasks Experience with RPA creations/maintenance High level of being self-driven and continuously raising the ambition for the operational execution as well as project execution Higher business level in writing and speaking English Have a minimum of at least 3 years of experience from a similar role, or alternatively up to 10 years of experience within freight forwarding & 3PL logisticsStrong knowledge and understanding of operational processes within Ocean and Airfreight operationsAdvanced IT skills including, but not limited to Excel (incl.
