In your role as Engagement Director, you will be responsible for directing and guiding the project manager group as well as helping to form and win new deals. Commercial focus is very important, both on existing customers and on new deals. Along with giving the project management team strategic direction and leadership, you will create and implement policies, procedures, and best practices. Excellent leadership capabilities, a solid foundation in project management, and a track record of managing significant, challenging projects are essential qualities for the ideal candidate.In all we do, we are dedicated to promoting innovation and excellence. You will direct and supervise the Project Manager team and make sure they are delivering on following areas:Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments Provide strategic guidance and leadership for project planning, execution, and delivery Facilitate resource allocation and project prioritization Develop and oversee project budgets and financial reporting Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are aligned with business goals Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies Report on project status and performance on a regular basis to senior management

Qualifications:Qualifications:A PMP or similar project management certification Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years spent in a leadership role A demonstrated track record of directing large, complex projects and leading project teams An extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills And the capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities Excellent decision-making, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in project management A PMP or similar project management certificationMinimum 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years spent in a leadership roleA demonstrated track record of directing large, complex projects and leading project teamsAn extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and toolsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsAnd the capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple prioritiesExcellent decision-making, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in project managementBecome a part of Columbus!Become a part of Columbus!You can easily apply by connecting your LinkedIn or by uploading a CV via the link.
