Your new workplace is the headquarters in Faxe, Denmark.
Here you join the Group Supply Chain (GSC) reporting to the Head of GSC. GSC is an international team of specialists located at several sites who drive and support several Supply projects/procedures in close cooperation with colleagues in other group functions and the local business units across . Your new team colleagues oversee areas like CAPEX, liquid and packaging material innovations, cross border sourcing, efficiencies programs, QA and Occupational Health & Safety.

Your key tasks & responsibilities will be:
- From a group perspective drive utility projects/roadmap across
- Establish, head up and drive the Group Utility network
- Support the CSR team in reporting utility KPI’s in a transparent manner
- Being the central point of contact on utility matters across
- Develop and roll out utility processes incl. group audit programs
- Drive implementation of utility procedures based on the people, tools and experience already present in the group and filling the identified gaps
- Drive mapping of best practices on utilities and to be involved in ReCon projects with partners like PepsiCo
- Drive best practices across sites incl. energy efficiency
- Establish a utility monitoring strategy.
- Support for requirements and auditing of suppliers
- Ensure relevant documentation from all relevant suppliers, incl. EU Taxonomy related information
We hope you recognize yourself in the following:
- Min. a bachelor’s degree within a relevant Supply Chain area
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience from a production environment working with utilities on daily basis
- Preferably experience in an international matrix organization
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo and drive change when necessary
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Fluent in English (verbally and in writing)
- Enthusiastic and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Motivated by up to 30 days of travel activity per year mainly short trips within Europe to your key stakeholders
