We are now looking for a AML & Sanctions Processing Specialist to focus on alert investigation and reporting unusual activity. Perform due diligence and mitigating actions on customers who are misusing Nordea for the purpose money laundering, terrorist financing and other forms of financial crime.

Welcome to the Transaction Monitoring Investigations DK. We add value by Investigating if Nordea is being misused for financial crime and conduct mitigating actions to prevent further misuse. As an AML & Sanctions Processing Specialist you will play a valuable role in contacting customers and performing customer investigation to reporting unusual customer behaviour to the FIU. Enhanced due diligence to asses if customers are engaged in money laundering. You will also help determine whether or not we should keep the customer relationship or exit the customer.

About this opportunity

- Analysing transaction patterns and customer behaviours
- Update due diligence material and perform mitigating actions
- Customer contact

Your experience and background:
- Academic degree and/or experience in handling customers from either Household or Corporate segments. This could be from an advisory role or from 24/7
- Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English
- Ambitious and possess a strong drive to continuously developing yourself
- Self-driven and have a proactive mind-set
- Hold a high level of integrity and be trustworthy
