The role and your most important tasks
We are a small, dedicated team in the Group CSR & Compliance Department. You will therefore work with a wide variety of CSR and compliance areas, spanning from anti-corruption, to human rights, the environment, responsible supply chain management and CSR reporting.
Your key task and area of responsibility is conducting due diligence within anti-corruption, human rights and the environment. You will be responsible for conducting extensive internet, database (Dow Jones RiskCenter) and media research into companies and individuals.
Moreover, you are responsible for our anti-corruption monitoring and internal control, as well as preparing monthly reports on anti-corruption compliance to Executive Management.
You will also be part of developing training, relevant materials, as well as holding training sessions.
You will assist with conducting human rights impact assessment in alignment with the UN Guiding Principles and Business Human Rights.
You will also be responsible for the preparation of our annual CSR/COP report ensuring adherence with relevant legislation and requirements.
Lastly, you will act as a secretariat for the CSR Board, and assist and advise the organization within CSR and compliance.
The profile that we are looking for
You have 2-5 years experience working with CSR & Compliance in the private sector, preferably from a global company and hold a relevant master’s degree.
You have concrete experience within the following areas:
You are structured in your approach, excel in research and presenting complex issues into communicable and tangible findings. You are thorough, independent, and have a systematic approach enabling you to maintain an overview of numerous tasks at a time. You are methodical, precise, and not afraid to make the first move.
You are interested in world events and are up to date with the geopolitical situations and current events.
With your strong skills, personality, and drive you are able to win respect across our organization. You master stakeholder management and with your communication skills and your focus on ensuring the right solutions, you navigate naturally and professionally around a cross-disciplinary environment. You are able to listen to and respect the needs of key stakeholders while also having the courage to challenge their opinions. We expect you to be fluent in both English and Danish.
