Everfuel is the new fuel company in Europe – providing green hydrogen for larger vehicle fleets like buses, trucks and taxies. Everfuel provides the missing link between renewable energy and green transportation as a partner, owner and operator of PtX plants, hydrogen distribution and hydrogen fueling stations.
About the job position
As Technical Operations Engineer you will be part of the technical back office to support Operations Technicians in the field. The primary function of this role is to ensure effective operation and development of back office tools. You will be the owner and driver of the issues escalated from 1st line or through analysis of key data sources driving the necessary changes and recommendations through design and deployment activities.
Reporting will be to the Operations Manager. Place of work will be Høgild near Herning, Denmark but you should expect approximately 20 days of travelling a year for example to the Electrolyzers Plant to be built in Fredericia or subsidiaries in Northern Europe. Your tasks will include:
- Technical support to Operations Technicians in the field
- Analysis of performance of equipment
- Remote trouble shooting of equipment
- Customer support
- Optimization of operations equipment
- Documentation of procedures and processes
- Development of instructions and manuals
Requirements
We are seeking a talented Technical Operations Engineer who can contribute with technical and communications skills to the team and likes being part of a dynamic organization with a lot of interfaces. In addition, we are looking for someone who is detail-orientated, analytical reasoning skills and who isn´t afraid to get their hands dirty troubleshooting and provide technical expertise. You have a technical educational background most likely on marine engineer or mechanical engineer level or other relevant technical background. You have minimum 5 years of experience from a relevant job.
You are highly productive and focused on getting things done. You are a finisher and do not stop before the job is done. If needed you are willing to work in the field also if travelling is needed. You have good interpersonal skills and can work both independently and in teams. You are proficient in both written and spoken Danish and English. As a person you are dedicated to your job and you want to make a difference to the world by working in a company that wants to make green transportation possible.
- Relevant technical education
- Experience with complex process equipment with both mechanical and electrical components
- Experience from field service organizations
- Experience with remote monitoring systems
- Danish and English in writing and orally for professional use
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP Systems
Advantages
- Experience from industry working with flammable gases under high pressure
- Experience with high HSE standards
