Business Consultants to build modern platforms designed for success

Opportunities as a Business Consultant at BoConcept
At BoConcept, IT plays an important role in increasing the business potential and executing business strategy and plans. The business strategy also includes plans to develop the IT system landscape to the next digital level where focus is on the full customer journey and back-office processes.
As a Business Consultant at BoConcept, you will take part in exciting, value-creating IT projects. Your experience will add value to the projects you take part in, and you will be responsible for parts of the overall solution together with your colleagues. As a Business Consultant, you take part in the entire project process from start to finish - from initial analysis and design to final test and launch.
You will be working closely with other experienced consultants. Further, you will take part in large projects involving ERP and other systems such as CRM, e-commerce, Business Intelligence, etc.

To succeed in the role of Business Consultant, it is crucial that you work in a structured way, possess a good overview of tasks and are detail-oriented. It is also important that you are open-minded and know how to translate business needs into design solutions. It is essential that you want to take responsibility and are committed to the projects you take part in. You demonstrate strong communication skills and can interact at all levels of the organisation. It is also natural for you to connect with other people and create good working relationships.
As we work are an international business, you must be able to speak and write English at negotiation level.
Ideally, you have several years of experience with software design and working with customer-oriented digital solutions. You want to develop yourself professionally and personally.

- Identify needs in collaboration with the business
- Conduct internal workshops
- Prepare solution designs
- Describe and specify functionalities
- Test and launch solutions
- Conduct internal training sessions and assist in putting solutions into operation

- between 2 and 10 years of experience with ERP - it can be from a consultancy or internally in a company – preferably in an international environment
- a strong business and IT background with thorough knowledge of various ERP systems and processes that support retail companies
- worked as an IT professional and implemented ERP, BI, retail, logistics, production or finance systems
- competencies within project management
