To support our global organisation on our exciting development and growth journey, we are looking for a Paid Media Manager to join us in BOCONCEPT's corporate marketing function.
In this role, you will have a great opportunity to build and execute our Paid Media Strategy to help us ensure that BOCONCEPT is positioned as an aspirational affordable luxury brand globally, connecting with new and existing consumers on a deeper level.

DESCRIPTION
This is a new role created to drive the Digital Paid Media agenda to the next level at BOCONCEPT. The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for creating and executing the Digital Paid Media Strategy to deliver brand awareness, consideration and conversion. You will be responsible for driving growth strategies for paid search, display, video & social.
The Paid Media Manager will work closely with the core team in Denmark and the extended team of Digital Media Managers in core markets across EMEA, APAC and USA. This role will require you to build strong relationships and partnerships with teams of different disciplines, in many regions and at all levels.
Furthermore, the role is integral in directing and influencing paid media communications across all channels and markets. The key objective is to support continuous growth of the business with strong paid media plans, execution, asset toolboxes and training.
The role will suit individuals used to working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage strategy, execution and innovation at the same time. You thrive on forecasting, optimisation and demonstrating ROI.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES & REMIT

  1. Drive our paid media strategy and performance in core markets:
    • Drive our media strategy and recommendations for Franchisees and core markets
    • Input into formats in the Asset toolbox and creative to drive impact in paid space
    • Drive the training agenda to maximise the impact of media in our global markets (simple messages that can be easily understood and executed by Franchisees)

  2. Measurement:
    • Forecasting and business planning
    • Continuous optimisation of inflight campaigns
    • Ability to showcase performance and ROI
    • Support on Media Mix Modelling to showcase business impact of additional investment in test markets
    • Measure performance of media assets and feedback into the creative process

  3. Strategy and plan to centralise relevant Paid Media spend:
    • Drive media buying efficiency and performance
    • Scalable central approach - through automation and programmatic
    • Management and responsibility for HQ media investment

  • Entrepreneurial, fast-paced, resilient and open to change in a rapidly growing global business that requires creativity, fast learning and out of the box thinking
  • Passion for driving and demonstrating tangible business performance through strong media plans
  • Highly influential character with the ability to drive change and innovation
  • Enjoys execution in addition to strategy and planning
  • Ability to translate complex into simple messages
  • Proven track record and for driving brand/business growth through effective Digital Paid Media strategy
  • Preference for some agency experience working for blue chip clients
  • Experience of building and managing multi-discipline teams
  • Strong PPC campaign experience with a focus on paid search
  • Expert Google Analytics knowledge
  • Experience working in a franchisee business is a benefit
