Are you eager make an environmental difference to a large and meaningful production facility? At Novo Nordisk, we share a passion for changing patients’ lives in an environmental, safe and sound way and we are now looking for a talented individual who wants to join us in this effort.

The position
We are looking for a determined intern that can inspire us reducing the environmental impact by conducting data analysis, challenge as-is by pushing for concrete improvements, development of film material to tell the good stories. In short: Be a helping hand in the journey towards engaging employees to be an army of activists in terms of circular economy.
On top of this we wish your help improving current tools and templates and to set up data analysis and automatic reports from different IT systems, to make sure that the people with responsibilities within Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) have easy access to state of the nation reports within specific field of EHS interests as a help to fulfil their tasks, and to help with ad hoc tasks.

  • The internship is for 6 months with possibility of extension to 12 months.
  • Internships are remunerated, if your educational track allows
  • You need to be enrolled at a higher education institution
  • Full Time Danish work permit is required

Qualifications
You are currently pursuing a master’s or a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology or another relevant subject, and have shown excellent results during your studies.

  • You thrive with analytical tasks and have a sharp eye for details.
  • You are fluent in Danish and English
  • You have strong communication skills written and verbally.
  • You are proactive and analytical, who can see the value in all types of people (people skills) and all types of tasks (being small or big, practical or analytical).

As a person you have strong personal drive and dedication. You have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to make a true difference. About the department
Diabetes Finished Products (DFP) in Novo Nordisk seeks an EHS Intern to DFP site Hillerød. DFP represents a global part of the Novo Nordisk organisation, employing approximately 6,200 employees in Denmark, China, Brazil, France, and USA. The factory consists of a brand new 2 bDKK Aseptic Production, as well as assembly- and packaging lines, and has a growing organisation of more than 700 people. DFP Hillerød produces among other products, the new blockbuster Ozempic®. This is an opportunity to join our Finance, BI & EHS team, which consist of 12 dedicated employees.
The Finance, BI & EHS team is part of DFP HI, Business Support which is known for striving for excellence, openness towards innovation and focus on stakeholder relations. Collaboration is a key for our success meaning that we are successful when the site is successful.
