The Position
As Associate Manager you will lead a team of 7 dedicated employees who are responsible for and acting as the focal point of contact towards local site infrastructure (Servers, clients, AD, VMWare, Databases, LAN/VLAN, Backup/Restore) as well as IT Security. Moreover, you will play a key part in developing your team and continuously improving performance as well as delivering excellent results.
Apart from that, you will also have the responsibility of coordinating and prioritizing resources and tasks in the team to achieve our ambition of a robust, scalable and secure infrastructure set-up. In addition, you will be part of a management team who works closely together to ensure we succeed as a department.

About the Department
You will join the IT & Automation area in DD&IT PS IFP in Hillerød. We are more than 65 employees in the unit, and you will be in a team with great atmosphere and team spirit. We are a group of people with various backgrounds, but we all have in common to support the production and help each other, have a good time and to make a big difference.
The team will also be responsible for running and participating in various IT/OT related projects, to ensure production stability, compliance and future demands. Our way of working is informal and ambitious at the same time. We expect strong collaboration and good team spirit where we also value great sense of humour even when we are working under pressure.

The Position

Qualifications
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Lead the team by developing competencies, coaching, and training the employees to ensure the right composition of skills to address future needs
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations and long-term planning of resources
- Ensure Infrastructure and Security services are designed, developed, implemented and maintained so it fits production requirements.
- Drive cooperate with customers, colleagues from other IT/OT areas or vendors regarding all aspects of infrastructure and security services
- Secure quality and compliance of product and processes and drive your leadership with a cLEAN mindset.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:
- Preferably hold a degree in engineering, technology or something completely different. The most important thing is your leadership capabilities.
- Have experience with pharmaceutical production and/or IT Infrastructure and Security processes.
- Ideally have experience from GMP regulated production and knowledge about IT/OT.
- Are fluent in Danish and English.
