Then you may be the new Department GMP Professional we are looking for in Production Support in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) based in Hillerød, Denmark.

The position
As Department GMP Professional, you will work closely with our Management Group, GMP Supporter, Process Supporters, Process Responsibles and Project Managers and will be responsible for supporting the department and colleagues in maintaining and developing a high GMP level across the department. Through doing this, you will be GMP Coordinator, coordinating and representing across the department which includes collaborating closely with 15 colleagues within the facility team and supporting the 80 colleagues in production. Responsibilities will include:
  • Coach and assist your colleagues in GMP related tasks such as deviations and changes (corrective & preventive actions, qualification, etc.
  • Utilising leadership and coordinating skills to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels to drive GMP.
  • Drive GMP preparation and readiness across the department for follow-up on authority inspections and internal audits.
  • Maintain high-level GMP overview and assist the reporting on GMP and quality trends
  • Collaborating with GMP coordinators on site.
  • This is a visible role, characterised by a dynamic mix of coordination, follow-up, and participation in management related activities. Furthermore, this opportunity offers a lot of autonomy, and you will be given the scope to put your stamp on the position!
    Qualifications
  • A degree within pharmacy, engineering or similar.
  • 3+ years’ experience from the pharmaceutical or medical device industry or similar.
  • You are familiar and confident with complex production processes and have experience from GMP regulated areas.
  • You can interact and communicate at all levels of the organisation.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Danish or a willingness to learn Danish.
  • As an individual you have a cooperative, action and solution orientated approach and able to work in a proactive, systematically, and logical way. With a focus on change management, you can take initiatives on your own and drive this to gain commitment from your stakeholders. Furthermore, you can think and act with a broad and holistic perspective, seeing the big picture without losing sight in important details.
    About the department
    Your area of responsibility will be Production support, which is a department with 80 skilled employees with projects, facility management, metrology & maintenance and Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS). You will be organisationally placed in the Facility team since most of the GMP related tasks are within this team. However, you will support whole production support. The Facility team in IFP Hillerød is responsible for all the interior maintenance, of the offices and shop floor areas including general ventilation (class CNC & UC), black utility (the environment around the production lines). We also have the responsibility for the quality delivered by our external cleaning vendors among others while we continuously maintain and improve our facilities. Working at Novo Nordisk
