The position
You will join a newly established team currently consisting of three highly dedicated and skilled project managers and you will have the opportunity to be part of shaping this new organization.

As a Project Manager in New Product Entry your key responsibilities will be to plan and execute investments projects in the production facility. The projects will include minor investments to improve current production and support Life Cycle Management, as well as introduction of new production equipment for new processes and products.

We expect you to be a natural relation-builder across different levels in the organization and a holistic mindset to ensure that no dependencies in complex project plans are missed. You will work closely together with the production management, project portfolio management, technology transfer leads, process owners and consultants.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Project Management including scoping, planning, compliance and project execution.
  • Communication and stakeholder management.
  • Reporting of project performance to relevant stakeholders and in relevant systems.
  • Project Governance.


Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • An academic degree as an engineer, biochemist, pharmacist or similar or a relevant facility technical background.
  • +2 years of experience with project management preferably from a GMP regulated environment.
  • LEAN understanding.
  • An interest in the economical part of a project.
  • Full professional proficiency in English. Danish is an advantage.

You are a people person with a positive can-do attitude. You work in a structured and proactive way and will never compromise on quality. You have strong communication and planning skills. Furthermore, you are able to keep calm and make decisions in a busy work environment where the agenda changes frequently and re-planning is needed.

About the department
Our team is part of the BRD Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Denmark Area that is located in Gentofte, Hilleroed and Kalundborg. This is where the active ingredients, going into all our life-saving biotech products, are made by app. 500 committed colleagues. We manufacture through complex chemical and biotechnological processes requiring a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and including cultivation, recovery, purification and freeze-drying. We are producing at full speed in existing facilities, while building and ramping up new state of the art additions to keep up with demand and new Novo Nordisk products. We bring value to patients by delivering the purest possible high-quality API made in compliance with Good Manufacturing Process (GMP). We drive change by always looking for improvements within our processes, but also in the way we work together to make our products reach as many patients as possible.
