The position
As Agile People Leader, you will have responsibility for the growing Digitalization team within the site’s Operational Excellence department. This team is responsible for digital projects large and small, ranging from a single new dashboard to implementation of Novo Nordisk’s data harmonization architecture. Your focus will be on developing the team’s technical capabilities and soft skills while setting the team’s direction and priorities in pursuit of the site’s digital ambitions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the digital transformation strategist in developing and communicating the strategy
• Attracting, onboarding, and retaining skilled and motivated professionals
• Budgeting in support of personal development and project implementation
• Working with the Operational Excellence leadership team to bring together technology, Lean process improvement, and quality mindset across the factory

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you have:
• Led a team before and have demonstrated engagement with the psychosocial wellbeing of your team
• Experience setting ambitious targets and ensuring everyone has the skills and support to achieve them
• Knowledge of agile methodologies but still you are comfortable adapting the process to fit the need
• Good communication skills in English, you are comfortable speaking, writing, and presenting in it
Personal technical experience is nice to have, as is experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
You have experience managing a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from quick wins to major changes with their own budgets. You can help the team comfortably balance good documentation and sustainable development with agility and freedom to experiment safely. On a personal level, you have an inclusive mindset, you prioritize respect, and foster diversity within the team.

About the department
You will be in the Operational Excellence Department, which lies within the business support organization. In this area, you’ll collaborate with the cLEAN, finance, and training teams, as well as specialists supporting quality, strategy, and recruitment. In business support more broadly, we also manage the supply chain, warehouse, and material handling areas
