Are you looking for an opportunity to use your excellent skills as a scientific communicator? Then join us in Devices and Delivery Solutions in Hillerød as a Technical Writer where your skills will be used to prepare regulatory submission documents. The position As a Technical Writer, you will be preparing submission documents for clinical trial and marketing authorisation applications. You will ensure high-quality scientific writing for all interactions with healthcare authorities. To do this work successfully, you must be able to integrate cross-functional information meaningfully and under time-constraints. As you grow in your role, your expanding technical knowledge of our medical devices and of our products will see you getting involved in process improvements and other opportunities for increasing efficiency in how we work. You will work in close collaboration with regulatory affairs professionals, systems engineers, risk managers, project managers, and manufacturing engineers to bring together all the evidence that characterises the design and performance of our medical devices for regulatory review. Qualifications You hold an academic degree in a natural science or engineering (PhD, MSc or equivalent) and have a demonstrated talent in scientific communication in English. Experience with pharmaceutical quality assurance, regulatory affairs, pharmaceutical development, or design controls would make you an attractive candidate. In addition, we are looking for the following skills:
  • Strong analytical competencies, which support your ability to explain technical information in a structured, clear and accurate way.
  • A growth mindset, powered by your scientific curiosity, to help us communicate technical information for the new technologies coming into our development pipeline.
  • Stakeholder management skills, which you should expect to use when interacting with technical experts of different disciplines.
    • Due to the nature of the job, we expect you to be fluent in both written and spoken English and an experienced user of MS Office. About the department The Technical Writing team is a small team in Novo Nordisk’s Devices and Delivery Solutions (DDS) organization. In DDS, we design and develop delivery systems to ensure correct dosing and convenience for patients. We work out of Hillerød, Denmark, in a dynamic, international environment.
