Product Control & Global Support is part of DMD, where we test new products before they are introduced to the market. Our work is related to both production and testing of Novo Nordisk’s line of innovative pen dosage systems.
You will join a team of 14 Laboratory Technicians. The Customer Complaint team consists of 5 investigators which you will become a part of. We operate in a diverse landscape of stakeholders, balancing many concerns in a complex, international business environment, and we never compromise on the quality of our work. Together with your team, you will be handling costumer complaints investigation and reporting of Novo Nordisk drug delivery systems. You will get in-depth knowledge to many different products and processes. There are a lot of hands-on investigations related to handling the devices. We work with many types of test equipment, e.g., Tensile tester, equipment for Dose accuracy, X-Ray, microscope and read out of memory functions. You will be working in a small homogenous team.
You will be sharpening your collaborative and communication skills when you work with colleagues across and beyond a diverse organisation. You will be introduced to our processes and structures in a thorough onboarding process, where you will learn everything, you need to know about Novo Nordisk to succeed in your new position. Qualifications
In order to qualify for the position, we imagine that: You are a Technician or Laboratory Technician or have a similar educational background that has enabled you to build experience within testing of mechanical and electronic devices. You have worked with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) processes, in a regulated laboratory environment. You are able to communicate in Danish and English, both written og orally, on a professional level. Furthermore, you like to collaborate around exciting challenges, with a sense of urgency and high strict quality standards. We expect you to be structured in your work, actively seek out the knowledge you need and work with a high level of responsibility.
