We're looking for two individuals to join our team in Hillerød and contribute to the most significant expansion project at Novo Nordisk. We welcome all levels of experience for this role. The position As the Engineering Responsible in Vessels, you'll work together with project team leaders and functional line representatives to design process lines for a new capacity expansion project. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the future API manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing smaller projects within the main project
  • Ensuring GMP and quality standards are met
  • Reviewing and approving P&I diagrams
  • Communicating and following up with engineering partners and suppliers
  • Ensuring the new facilities in the factory are easy to maintain and operate.
  • As part of your job duties, you'll be required to participate in supplier tests that may involve travel. Qualifications: The ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering with knowledge of Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience with Stainless steel materials; vessels, pipes, valves, and instruments.
  • Experience within production, preferably in the GMP regulated industry.
  • Experience in maintenance programs in pharma.
  • As a professional, you should be able to work independently, take initiative, and have a forward-thinking outlook. You should enjoy collaborating, learning, and sharing information with others, and be driven by achieving great results together with colleagues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, enabling you to interact effectively with stakeholders from different functions and parts of the organization.
    About the department
    Our team is working to expand the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) capacity of our Biotech production in Hillerød. You will become a part of one of the most significant expansion projects in Novo Nordisk – and when finished the facility will employ app. 340 colleagues. The highly automated facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. It will expand our capacity for our portfolio of clinical late phase products to serve more people living with serious chronic diseases including rare diseases.
