The position As Capacity expansion Programme Manager you will drive a cross-organisation programme of projects to develop and implement new highly innovative assembly lines in multiple countries. In this role, you will lead a global standardisation programme of our future production equipment and manage a team of global and local projects managers and specialists. You will be responsible for: Overall project scoping, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, planning and execution Supporting local investments in alignment with the global capacity expansion programme Leading, developing and inspiring the project management team and key specialists as well as handling stakeholder managers (which includes presentation to steering group and senior management) Managing the overall programme to ensure timely implementation of fully validated equipment in production and ensuring fast ramp-up Managing relations to the equipment supplier’s management team Ensuring total alignment between global programme and local project at all production sites In this position, you will also have the possibility to bring your ideas for improvements, both related to project and programme management.

Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to: Hold a relevant academic degree in science, engineering or any other relevant field Possess at least 10 years of experience in project management Have experience in global programme management within an international and multicultural context Demonstrate courage and interest to engage with innovative technical solutions for the future production team Be fluent in English, both written and spoken. It would be considered an advantage if you also have: Experience with implementation of production equipment in pharmaceutical environment Executed projects in a GMP-regulated environment with validation of production equipment Experience leading project and senior project managers. As a person, you are pro-active, responsible and strive for simplicity and quality. You excel at engaging people to achieve their best and grow while achieving results in the project. You have strong execution, communication and collaboration skills and a proven ability to collaborate within a complex organisation. You easily build trust in your relationships and get commitment from internal and external stakeholders. About the department Device Manufacturing Development (DMD) is responsible of the industrialisation of all medical devices at Novo Nordisk. We are an end-to-end corporate organisation developing products for high volume production, establishing control strategy of the product, developing, and implementing the production equipment at the production site all over the world, and developing innovative and digital solutions to our processes. You will be joining the fast-growing DMD Assembly department which will consist of 70 dedicated employees and 4 specific and complementary teams.
