What’s in it for you?
As an IT Solution Manager, you are responsible for the operation and life-cycle management of several GxP critical IT systems used across departments, as well as for the implementation of smaller IT projects. You are also to ensure that the IT systems are in compliance with internal and external requirements (according to health authorities) and to ensure their validated state.

We strive to simplify and standardize the management of the systems, so we expect you to systematically maintain documentation, ensure security patching, perform user reviews, drive life-cycle management, drive validation activities for projects, etc
You will: Supervise the operation and maintenance of IT systems and identify new requirements to the systems Maintain documentation, initiate and conduct IT Risk Assessments, IT Qualifications, User Review Report, IT Periodic System Evaluation, Deviations, Change requests, User support, ensure security patching, life cycle management and more Manage the expectations of system owners, end-users, quality assurance personnel and other key stakeholders concerning the use and operation of IT systems Coordinate the activities with our stakeholders in both the QC laboratories and in the Manufacturing Development projects in clarifying which solutions will be possible to implement within the systems according to the current regulatory requirements You thrive in a dynamic environment where the priorities often change and where you do not compromise on the quality of your work and the documentation within your scope. You are a team player who enjoys a lot of social interaction.
Do you have what it takes?
To be successful in this role, we believe you can tick most off the following requirements: Minimum a BSc degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Science, IT or other relevant field Knowledge of IT compliance area in a highly regulated environment GMP understanding Experience in laboratory and production environment About the team and the department
PS LABS (Product Supply LABS) is a part of DD & IT (Digital, Data & IT) global organization. We are a highly engaged group of colleagues working with IT systems for Product Supply, developing and improving systems which are core to the laboratory processes in Novo Nordisk.
Your primary work location will be Hillerød and Bagsværd , with flexibility to work from home as needed.
