Are you keen on playing a crucial role to lead a Quality Assurance team in Factory of the Future - Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Site Hillerød? Are you a good communicator who is ready for heading up an experienced team of QA professionals? Then we may have just the right job for you, as we are looking for an Associated Manager for our QA Aseptic Production teams in IFP (Injectable Finished Products) QA at site Hillerød. The position
As an Associate Manager, your primary tasks will include leading, coaching, and guiding the team to deliver at its best while focusing on its development.
While your main responsibilities will revolve around managing employees and their well-being, you will also be expected to actively contribute to process improvements within our Quality Assurance area.
The area for Finished Products in Hillerød is expanding at high speed, and new buildings, production lines, and products are arriving every year. As a manager you need to prepare your team and ensure constant development and hiring, to be able to keep up with production and make sure you don’t become the bottleneck. Leadtime is a very important KPI at site Hillerød since there is a high demand for our products. Not releasing timely can impact our patients in terms of stockouts or drug shortages.
You will have a lot of different stakeholders, but primarily GMP support and AP operaton. Building and maintaining a close collaboration with these stakeholders and ensuring common alignment is crucial to success in this position. In this role, you will lead 10 employees and refer directly to the Director in QA and you will be part of a very skilled and qualified management group. Qualifications
We are searching for an dedicated Associated Managers with a strong quality mindset, great interest in leading high skilled people, an innovative mindset, and who thrives in a constantly changing and challenging environment.

To succeed in this role, you have:
• A Master’s degree or similar
• People-management experience
• Experience within Pharma production and/or GMP knowledge
• Fluency in oral and written English and Danish (or willingness to learn)

You will become a part of the department IFP QA, which is a dynamic and well-functioning department with many interfaces and stakeholders around the organization. The department counts 65 employees and consists of five teams.
The teams are supporting, overseeing, and securing Aseptic Production, Assembly, and Packaging in our factory in Hillerød. The Aseptic Production are in a new facility with a high degree of technology. The filling line is located in an Isolator and the batch documentation is done electronically. It is for sure the “Factory of the future”.
