The position As Cleaning Specialist, you will be involved and set direction for the cleaning strategy and compliance across the project and the future manufacturing facility. You will be a role model throughout the organization and recognized as an expert within your field of expertise. Your key tasks will include: Participation in project execution and establishment of the new facility with regards to cleaning processes and strategy. Act as subject matter expert in the project Provide guidance and direction to process engineers within the project and the future production facility. Preparing standards and strategies for the future API production facility Ensure cGMP requirements are implemented in the project and future production facility. You will work in collaboration with our dynamic and social team with various backgrounds, nationality and seniority, the Work Package Owners (WPO), process specialist, IT/Automation specialist as well as engineering partners during the project phase. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: A academic degree within engineering, pharmaceutical science or similar +3 years of experience within pharmaceutical production/QA working with cleaning and cGMP Knowledge across the process of manufacturing biopharmaceutical products Curiosity and are continuously acquiring competences within new processes, innovative technology and IT system. Full proficiency in oral and written English. We expect you to be able to work independently and you think it’s fun to drive and work with several activities at the same time. You have a forward-looking mindset and work in a structured manner to reach our common goals. Further, you enjoy learning and sharing knowledge and information with others. As a mentor, you are known for your excellent collaboration and communication skills and you’re able to coordinate across several disciplines in an international, multicultural, and dynamic environment. About the department Join us at 25L API Capacity Expansion and become a part of one of Novo Nordisk’s most significant expansion projects, embedded in Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). In BRD, we are building a new API production facility in Hillerød that will employ around 340 colleagues. The highly automated production facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. We manufacture through complex chemical and biotechnological processes requiring a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and including cultivation, recovery, purification, and freeze-drying. It will also expand our portfolio of clinical late phase products and increase our capacity to serve more people living with rare disease and serious chronic diseases.
