Join us in Device Manufacturing Development (DMD), where we shape the future of Novo Nordisk’s production! The position Your role will be anchored in Device Manufacturing Development (DMD), in the Business Support department. Within the department, a small team drives the development of LEAN competencies and culture across DMD. As LEAN professional in DMD, you will be taking up a position with a large variety of tasks, involving many stakeholders and processes across all levels of the organisation. You will support departments in our value chain by:
  • Identifying bottle necks and optimisation potentials that can be realized
  • Driving systematic problem solving, shopfloor management and standardisation
  • Executing and facilitating LEAN activities across DMD
  • Coaching and educating managers in cLEAN standards such as visual management, systematic problem solving and process confirmation

Qualifications For this role, we are looking forward to connecting with candidates who have:
  • An academic degree in relevant subject matters (engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management, or project management)
  • Certifications within LEAN (E.g., Black belt/DMAIC/2-star certified)
  • Proven experience in coaching LEAN principles, systems, and tools for leaders and employees at all levels of an organization
  • Strong stakeholder management and change management skills
    • As a person, you will settle more easily into the role if you are passionate about your field and a natural go-getter. Your ability to build trust and relations with leaders and employees, as well as your change management and interpersonal skills will come in handy. You can navigate between strategic and operational levels, adapting to your stakeholder. Working independently is something you are comfortable with, but you also function well in a core team. Being able to communicate fluently in English, at a business level, is of utmost importance. Our organization is very international with over 30 nationalities represented. About the department Business Support is a department within Device Manufacturing Development, consisting of 20 highly skilled professionals striving to support and meet complex organizational needs. We drive cross-functional agendas within Strategy deployment, Finance, Lean, Innovation, Training, EHS, and Project & Portfolio Management.
