As a new Senior EHS Change Supporter, you will be responsible for securing the compliance in relation to the internal and external environment. Together with the local EHS Representative and Project Managers you will decide about changing existing or installing new production equipment to benefit the environment at the manufacturing site. You will be a key player, when it comes to assuring the correct and safest solutions are being implemented. The projects that you will be responsible for vary from small changes to large scale technical equipment.
Your tasks will include: Ensuring that EHS regulations are used correctly
Identifying and presenting new perceptions of the environment in different areas
Developing methods to identify hazards, risk valuation and process optimizations
Close collaboration with stakeholder in all related areas
Qualifications
To succeed in the role, you have: At least 5 years’ experience related to general working environmental tasks. Preferably, you have experience from working in a production company or at a construction site
Stakeholder management skills. You know how to integrate and communicate with different people in an agile environment
Strategic mind-set when solving tasks related to the working environment, where you need to see the bigger picture
Motivation for solving technical tasks related to the buildings, but also tasks related to organizational changes in addition to the working environment
Professional proficiency in Danish and English
On personal level, you are a team player who enjoys collaborating with various stakeholders and have great communication skills. You always look for a new way for improvement focusing on ensuring that all the EHS regulations are followed. About the department
The position of Senior EHS Change Supporter is placed in Production Support in IFP (Injectable Finished Products) Hillerød, which is a part of the global production division Product Supply counting around 14,000 employees worldwide. In the department we are around 70 highly qualified employees with diverse backgrounds and a common purpose to support the production and implement Novo Nordisk strategies in IFP Hillerød.
IFP Hillerød consists of a new Aseptic Production as well as assembly and packaging lines. Here we produce Diabetes and Obesity products 24/7, distributed to patients worldwide. Working at Novo Nordisk
