The position
As a GMP Supporter for Factory of the Future, you will be responsible for many different tasks, but primarily for providing efficient and thorough support to the manufacturing lines. You will receive comprehensive training and onboarding from your colleagues and will be equipped to manage tasks that will give your insight into all processes and departments in a highly complex factory.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Handling deviations
Reviewing and investigating batch documentation
Evaluating our processes and procedures, customer complaints, and other optimization projects
You will sit close to your colleagues in an open-plan office, and ongoing collaboration takes place around work tasks in a dynamic and energetic manner. Everyone is ready to lend a helping hand if there are challenges in meeting deadlines or if there is a need for professional collaboration and input. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: An Academic Degree within the natural science domain, such as a pharmacist, engineering, biochemist, or similar
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Communication skills combined with the ability to collaborate with many different stakeholders
Systematic problem-solving approach and independence in driving tasks and improvement initiatives
Fluency in English and Danish

You are keen on being on the production line and helping when there are challenges, and you enjoy both reviewing and creation of documentation with a very high level of quality. You should be quick to gain an overview of complex processes and issues and solve them in a systematic and data-driven way. Moreover, it is crucial that you are curious, eager to learn, take responsibility and initiative to solve challenges both in relation to the production line you support, but also in relation to how we can collectively do better. The department is a part of Injectable Finished Products (IFP) and consists of approximately 160 employees distributed on 8 teams, ensuring the production and release of primarily Ozempic and Wegovy to patients worldwide. Several of these teams are newly established as the department is expanding with more production lines and more colleagues.
You will be part of our GMP support team, which consists of 15 skilled and dedicated employees with different backgrounds who support our 2 (soon 3) packaging lines in relation to quality challenges, review and investigation of batch documentation, and optimization projects.
