The position As the Team Leader for Future User Communication Platforms, your primary role will be to ensure the development of new Instructions for Use (IFU) platforms across all forms of media. The planning and execution is done by 8-10 team members. This involves a multifaceted approach that combines strategic planning, project management, and team leadership. Strategic Planning: You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our user communication platforms. This includes identifying innovative methods and technologies to create and deliver IFUs, ensuring our platforms are adaptable to the ever-evolving landscape of medical device labelling. Project Management: You will manage the entire lifecycle of IFU platform development projects. This includes initial planning, setting timelines, allocating resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring completion within set deadlines. Team Leadership: You will lead a team of User Communication Specialists who will execute the development of these platforms. Your role will involve providing guidance, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and training to excel in their roles. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and growth. Cross-Media Approach: Our aim is to provide clear, concise, and accessible IFUs across all forms of media. This includes printed materials, digital platforms (like websites and mobile apps), and potentially even emerging technologies like augmented or virtual reality. You will need to consider the unique requirements and opportunities of each media type during the development process. In this pivotal role, you will be shaping the way we communicate vital information to users of our medical devices, directly impacting patient safety and satisfaction. Your leadership will help us to deliver high-quality, user-friendly IFUs that align with Novo Nordisk's commitment to improving patient outcomes. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you have: To succeed in this position, you have: A bachelor’s or Masters degree in Design, engineering, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or similar Strong leadership experience. About the department Future User Communication Platforms consist of 8 highly motivated colleagues. The team takes responsibility of developing new IFU concepts to support new drug deliver solutions. The responsibility covers paperbased IFU for medical devices and combination projects as well as solutions for SaMD, Clinical Trials and electronic labelling.
