The PositionIn this exciting position, you will be a member of the Assembly 3.0ml management team (professionals/academics) and be responsible for highly engaged and high-performing employees in the Assembly Back Office Support. Your main tasks will be to:
  • Safeguard the coherence of the team (Validation and Process responsible – Technical and GMP)

  • Play an active role in both New Product Entry and technical improvements and GMP requirements

  • Ensure a high level of compliance and inspection readiness

  • Manage the project portfolio and play an active role in the project steering groups

  • Handle/to ensure input for diverse complex quality issues

  • You will manage stakeholders regarding resource allocation in close collaboration with Assembly 1.5ml, to ensure that Assembly Back Office is regarded as one team. QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you have:
  • Leadership experience, ideally managing professionals/academics

  • Genuine interest and understanding of people’s development and motivation

  • Ability to cover both technically advanced topics and GMP requirements.

  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English

Collaboration across our two assembly departments (1.5 ml and 3.0 ml) and the teams in the 3.0 ml Assembly department is key for obtaining the overall targets of the site, and you are expected to cooperate seamlessly across unit boundaries and to drive this mindset in your employees. About the Department As a Novo Nordisk launch site, we are responsible for the assembly of Medical Devices for the injection of medicine used for the treatment of Diabetes and Obesity. Our tasks are to handle highly complex assignments – e.g., production improvements, implementation of new devices, investigate and implement new technologies and machines for high volume production, and ensure compliance and the validated state.
