The position As a Facility Responsible, you will have a key role in ensuring the smooth operations and maintenance of our facility. Some of your focus include: Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to oversee the day-to-day operation and planning maintenance of the building Updating and ensuring compliance with procedures and systems related to facility management Developing and executing the Facility Master Plan Supporting and managing facility projects, with focus on building or utilities upgrades Acting as the Site Security Champion Working closely with the Service Center Hillerød (ScHi) to manage technical utilities such as Building Management System (BMS), cooling, ventilation, steam and electrical installations
Qualifications To be considered for this position, we imagine you: Hold an academic degree in engineering, machinist (In Danish: maskinmester) or any other relevant technical field Possess a previous experience in facility management, with building and maintenance procedures ideally obtained within a production site Are familiar with risk assessment Are fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken It will be considered as an advantage if you have already worked within a controlled production environment (e.g. medicine production). As a person, you are outgoing and enjoy communicating with others. You thrive in working in a dynamic environment and are able to maintain focus and overview. You know how to work independently and make decisions up to your area of responsibility whenever it’s needed. You take pride in good collaboration, set direction and take responsibility for your projects and tasks. About the department
The Business Support department consists of approximately 50 dedicated people responsible for supporting, in addition to the Facility, with IT, Working Environment, Safety, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), LEAN, Training, Digitization and Automatization and Finance in the Device Manufacturing and Sourcing (DMS) factory in Hillerød. DMS consists of more than 750 employees who are both responsible for pre-assembly and moulding production, as well as our external suppliers.
