The position
As a Data Analyst, you will be joining a production department which is highly engaged in digitalization and keen on taking more data-driven actions. You’ll have a chance to explore data and technology, but also understand the ins and outs of a production department as you engage with team members and production shopfloor.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Building innovative data-driven and digital solutions, such as data visualizations, to support production on the shopfloor
Exploring new technologies and applying them to the development of these solutions
Increasing data-driven decisions throughout the department
Supporting the teams in the department with valuable data insights and reporting
Implementing continuous improvement solutions and creating data driven ideas
We use the Microsoft stack and a variety of tools such as Alteryx and Tableau. If you are passionate about exploring and using cloud technology to advance our data pipeline and digital solutions, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Please note, that in this role some number of travels can be expected.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have: A bachelor’s degree in engineering or another relevant field as well as proficiency in data analysis and science tools such as Excel, Python, R, Alteryx, or SAS JMP
Some experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst or similar; experience from the manufacturing field will be highly advantageous
A strong understanding and hands-on experience within broad data analysis/science, including data visualizations, analysis, and engineering combined with knowledge of data engineering and architecture, including AWS, Azure, SQL, or Dataverse
Familiarity with Cloud engineering, either AWS or Azure as well as experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Grafana
Professional proficiency in English; fluency in Danish will be highly advantageous
On a personal level, you have excellent communication skills, you are outgoing and enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders. Your standout quality lies in your great overview skills, allowing you to adeptly navigate and manage various situations with a comprehensive understanding.

The ‘Finished Production Packaging’ department is a vital part of 25A, a global launch site for new products. With a team of 130 employees, our common goal is to deliver vital medicines to patients efficiently and safely.
