The position In the role of Project EHS Responsible in Warehouse Expansion, your primary focus involves overseeing all EHS activities in a major investment, as well as actively managing initiatives and contributing to the planning process during the construction phase of the project. Some of your key tasks encompass:
  • Executing EHS assessments and associated planning activities
  • Coordinating EHS meetings and H&S plans
  • Collaborating on safety plan coordination with external partners during both planning and construction
  • Reporting and presenting the EHS status, while also actively participating in project workshops
    • Qualifications
    To be successful in this role, we believe you:
  • Possess an academic degree in a relevant field
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of pertinent EHS experience in a project setting
  • Exhibit strong communication and engagement skills
  • Showcase fluency in both written and verbal English
    • It would be considered a strong advantage if you bring experience within construction and equipment projects and speak Danish. As a person, you demonstrate a structured approach and thrive in working independently across a diverse stakeholder landscape. Your ability to collaborate with people holding different perspectives and priorities is noteworthy. Utilising your pragmatic, diplomatic, and facilitating skills, you adeptly establish clarity and shared priorities among numerous activities, ensuring safety in our projects. About the department We are part of SoOp, the global inbound supply chain responsible for delivering packaging and raw materials to production and clinical trials. Our department, Warehouse Expansion is newly established and focuses on expanding the existing warehouse in Hillerød to meet future demands. Although we are based in Hillerød, we frequently hold meetings across sites. As a member of our team, you work closely with four dedicated colleagues who support each other, with the opportunity to take on significant assignments and receive guidance for your professional and personal growth. You will see me as a leader, with a positive and agile mindset, ready to embrace change and adjust to improve processes and quality for future demands. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you operate in a project environment with daily close coordination with colleagues.
