We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our new department Maintenance and Engineering at one of our Injectable Finished Products (IFP) sites, located in Hillerød.

This position will be responsible for the development of maintenance strategy and procedures and the implementation of a reliability centered maintenance program that maximizes asset availability and reduces downtime at our production lines.
The main tasks will be to: Being responsible of the quality and environmental, health and safety management within area of responsibility that align with the values in Novo Nordisk. Develop and implement Reliability Centered Maintenance strategy that optimizes asset performance. Lead the development and implementation of procedures, systems and standards to support asset management and reliability centered maintenance. Utilize data analytics to monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement, as well as providing regular reports on asset performance, reliability maintenance, and improvements. Establish & manage the Spare Parts Management Systems & Inventory as well as all maintenance planning systems. Collaborate with operations, maintenance and engineering to determine requirements for maintenance, repair, and replacement of assets; ensure effective communication & positive working relationship with key stakeholders and prepare/conduct training sessions or workshops focused on asset management and maintenance best practices. This position will lead cross-functional teams comprised of operations and maintenance teams to achieve equipment availability, support long-term asset goals, and ensure safe operations. This position establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationship with stakeholders to meet or exceed customer, business & regulatory requirements in accordance with company values. Qualifications
We believe that a successful candidate will be an experienced manager, motivated by optimizing and building a professional maintenance organization.
To succeed in this role, you have: Ideally, BA/BS in engineering/related field or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years management experience required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry (pharmaceutical preferred). Experience in developing and executing business strategy. Knowledgeable in the following systems: Maintenance and repair practices for mechanical and electrical systems required. Proven expertise in mentoring/development, planning/organizing, managing execution and revising the work plan for complex problems solved by cross functional teams required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Professional proficiency in English (Danish could be a plus). About the department
The Maintenance and Engineering Department is placed in Production Support in IFP Hillerød. Our production site is part of our global production division; Product Supply – counting close to 14.000 employees worldwide. Production Support consists of 85 highly qualified employees with a multitude of professional backgrounds with a common purpose to support our production and implementation of Novo Nordisk strategies within IFP HI. The site relies on a brand-new Aseptic Production as well as Assembly and Packaging lines, Material handling and Warehouses. Here we produce Diabetes and Obesity products 24/7, which are continuously distributed to patients worldwide. Working at Novo Nordisk
