The Position
The world is changing fast and so are we. Novo Nordisk is entering a new phase of growth which leads to a great demand for supporting and developing our leaders. To do so, we are looking for two HR Business Partners, one for Device Manufacturing Development (DMD) located in Hillerød, and one for Sourcing Operations (SoOp), located primarily in Taastrup with occasional travel activities to Hillerød and Kalundborg. Each area consists of approximately 500-600 employees and 50 leaders.

As an HR Business Partner, your main role is to support the business in all requirements related to People and Organisation (P&O). You will be working closely with our Corporate Vice President (CVP)HR Business Partner of the area and be responsible for supporting the area.

Some of your day-to-day tasks include to:
  • Onboard new leaders and provide them with the necessary support to succeed in their roles
  • Develop and simplify core HR process tools to make it easier for leaders to manage their teams effectively
  • Participate and drive P&O projects to improve HR processes and practices.
  • Support CVP HR Business Partner with ad-hoc tasks and administrative work
  • This role will require you to be adaptable and flexible, as you will be working on a variety of projects and a broad range of tasks. In addition, you will be working with different teams such as Culture and Engagement, Change Management, and Talent Management.

    Qualifications
    To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
  • Hold a M.Sc. degree in HR, Organization, Business Psychology, or any other relevant field
  • Preferably have experience or knowledge within the field of HR, such as leadership development, organizational development, coaching, change management, and/or process facilitation
  • Prior experience in a large, matrix organization
  • The ability to think strategically and translate business needs into simple HR actions based on a comprehensive understanding of challenges and future outlook
  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • As a person, you have a natural curiosity towards new people and have great problem-solving skills. You possess strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and trust across and at all levels in the organization. Lastly, you are a committed team player with drive and a flexible mindset in terms of tasks and places to work.
    About the Department
    Our People & Organisation Business Partnering team consists of 12 HR professionals supporting an area of nearly 3300 employees and growing. Together, we are responsible for developing our organization and employees to meet current and future needs. You will be working closely together with the CVP HR Business Partner daily. One of these positions will support Device Manufacturing Development located in Hillerød and the other position will support Sourcing Operations located in Taastrup.
