The Position As a Senior Process Robust Engineer, you will have the opportunity to design and oversee tests to determine critical manufacturing process parameters and establish optimal production settings. The main tasks will be:
  • Robustness testing (DoE) to establish process limits.

  • Adhoc Data Analysis to support equipment responsible or production.

  • Technical problem solving & reporting in connection to deviations or problems in production.

  • Explorative tests (DoE) to optimize a process.

  • Project Management for problem solving or other tasks that you will be responsible for.

    • You will maximize the process window by focusing on product quality attributes critical to the functionality of the insulin dosing pen. You will also conduct statistical data analysis to establish process control limits for validation and production, and ensure new methods and strategies are adequately anchored in relevant operating procedures to meet regulatory standards and quality requirements. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical background.

  • Experience with process optimization using design of experiments and statistical analysis.

  • Knowledge of regulated production setups and requirements.

  • Strong skills in statistics and process optimization methods.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

About the Department You will be joining a team of 14 dedicated colleagues in the Plastic Processing team in the Device Manufacturing Development area in Hillerød. We develop the equipment and processes that transform great new Medical Device designs into actual products for our patients, bridging the gap between the development departments and the Injection Molding production sites. You will be working with experts in the field of plastics processing, process simulation, plastic raw materials, and Robustness Engineers.
