In this manager role, the main responsibility will be to lead and develop highly skilled project managers and senior project managers, who run all larger projects at the factory. The team is anchored in the DCM Business Support where you will be part of the management team and report to Director Michael Aaris Rand. Your main activities include:
  • Motivating, coaching, leading, and setting direction for your team
  • Maintaining and further developing portfolio and project management structures, standards, and governances to enable project management excellence
  • Building and maintaining strong collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation, in- and outside DCM
  • Building the team’s ability to effectively translate business priorities into operational plans, including supporting the Director of Business Support and the DCM Management Team
  • Driving operational finance within cap cost and investments
  • Qualifications
    To be successful in this role, we believe you:
  • Hold an academic background within finance, business, engineering, manufacturing, or another relevant field
  • Demonstrate a proven track-record within strategic, complex, cross-functional portfolio and/or project management in regulated industries
  • Showcase people leadership abilities, coupled with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Display full proficiency in both written and spoken English

    DCM is a newly organised CVP area in Novo Nordisk’s Finished Product Manufacturing. We are part of the global supply chain of high-quality components and pre-assembled parts for our internal customers within prefilled devices. The factory is located in Hillerød, Denmark, where we run a 24/7 production of injection moulding and pre-assembly of plastic components. You will be joining the area of Business Support, which is responsible for Strategy, Communications, IT, Training and Onboarding and PMO & Finance within the DCM area.
