The position As Manager for maintenance and spare part, you will be overall responsible for optimising processes to support production and activities in the production when it comes to maintenance and spare parts. Some of your main responsibilities include:
  • Leading by example, setting the direction, coaching and creating a highly engaging and motivating environment for your organisation
  • Communicating targets and strategies for the area/department and managing daily direct target and performance
  • Maintaining the department goals of delivery when it comes to budgeted quantity of components, at the required quality and at the right time
  • Ensuring that work is performed responsibly with regards to health and safety and in compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements
  • Implementing personal and team development plans
  • You will become part of a highly engaged management team and you will be able to impact the strategic direction of the department and help forming the future. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we imagine you:
  • Hold at least a bachelor degree within Engineering, or any other relevant fields
  • Have a previous experience with direct people management
  • Possess a technical background in moulding, production processes, automation, electronic, operations, maintenance or anything similar
  • Are fluent in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian and English
  • It would be considered as a plus if you are familiar with GMP. As a person, you have excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate clearly and easily at all levels within the organisation. You know how to listen, show respect, and evaluate problems in a concrete manner that creates solutions. You show engagement and authenticity while working in a production atmosphere with bold targets, a high work pace and many daily decisions. Last but not least, you thrive in working on optimisation projects. About the department Being a part of Novo Nordisk’s Device Component Production (DCP) means working with a focus at one of the world’s largest and most successful pharmaceutical companies. Our DCP organisation is responsible for manufacturing and sourcing of devices and device components and as such plays a vital part of Novo Nordisk’s delivery to our patients. You will join our Moulding and assembly Production based in Hillerød, Denmark. We are approximately 350 colleagues, working in 16 teams. We produce plastic components and assemble the motor module of our medical devices in Novo Nordisk. We deliver large quantities to our sister factories in Diabetes Finished Products and Biopharmaceuticals. We are dedicated to deliver strong results that add to the success of Novo Nordisk in crucial ways by ensuring high quality components at a competitive cost for our customers within prefilled devices.
