The Position
As a Project Manager in Finished Production Performance Assembly, you will head a global network and primarily focus on leading projects related to improving the overall process stream of different components which are then assembled in our final assembly lines around the world.
In this position, you’ll manage global projects across several areas and countries with different complexity levels. Moreover, you will lead and facilitate meetings across areas and sites to bring the right stakeholders and experts together to define the way to improve our processes.
These projects demand extensive stakeholder involvement and a thorough understanding of their impact on our production lines.
You will work in close collaboration with Device Component Manufacturing (DCM), Device Manufacturing Development (DMD) and Injectable Finished Product (IFP) sites located in Europe, North and South America, and Asia and you will be responsible for strengthening the network, project execution, project governance and stakeholder management.
You will succeed with this by being curious, open-minded, and striving for opportunities to improve the processes.
Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Lead and coordinate the global network of people representing the different areas of manufacturing and assembling components
  • Handle projects within FPM Engineering, develop solid project plans, identify required resources, and manage the project team effectively
  • Participate in cross-functional project governance meetings, provide timely progress reports, and address issues and challenges
  • Identify key stakeholders, proactively engage them, and communicate project progress and performance to all relevant organizational levels
  • Initiate and support business improvement opportunities, identify cost-saving potentials, and streamline processes for better efficiency
  • Identify future FP initiatives and drive development projects to ensure ongoing organizational growth and improvement

    The workplace is based in Denmark and we are open to locations at our IFP production sites.
    Qualifications
    The ideal candidate will have:
  • A MSc degree in engineering or a similar field or Project Management
  • At least 5 years of experience within production environment
  • Experience within a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
  • Experience as a Engineer/ Project Manager/ Manager in a global environment and for production-related projects, with experience in cLEAN® Supply System and Six Sigma
  • Professional proficiency in English both written and verbal

    You will become part of the FPM Global Performance area of around 15 colleagues working together to support and optimize processes across all global sites. Our primary responsibility is to drive performance in FPM on all assembly and packaging lines to ensure best practices. We are part of a newly established CVP area called FPM Engineering where we are committed to bringing value to our patients. We do so by supporting all sites with process standardization, ramp-up excellence, and technological leadership enabling NovoNordisk to serve significantly more patients in need of our products.
