  • Convey key strategic messages across the sites.
  • Drive roadshows and internal communication activities such as town halls, news channel, intranet, video and presentations.
  • Support strategic communications such as organisational changes.
  • Enable our leaders to be strong and skilled communicators towards our employees.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as HR and leadership teams, to develop internal communication consistent with the organisation’s strategic vision and mission.
  • Design and create visual material for use in the organisation’s communication activities such as pamphlets, posters, and other internal promotional materials.
    • Qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine you:
  • Have educational background within communication such as Cand.merc.(kom) or similar.
  • Have proficiency in change management methodologies such as ADKAR.
  • Have strong project management skills and experience in facilitating workshops and a PowerPoint wizard.
  • Are business-oriented and able to translate complex matters into simple solutions.
  • Have full proficiency in English and Danish.
    • On a personal level you have a strategic mindset with the ability to engage and inspire and excellent communication skills. You are creative, trustworthy, have positive energy and a proactive attitude. About the department The Strategy & Communication team is a newly established part of Business Support at our factory in Hillerød.
