Do you have a technical background and leadership experience to become an Associate Manager for Maintenance and Calibration? The completed facility will employ approximately 340 colleagues and feature state-of-the-art technology for new processes and products. If this excites you, read on and apply today! The Position In this position you will lead a growing team of 14 skilled workers. As an Associate Manager for Maintenance and Calibration at [xxxxx], you will: · Plan, design, and implement maintenance and calibration programs to optimize the availability and productivity of manufacturing facilities and equipment. · Coordinate maintenance, calibration, and metrology engineering work, including reviewing mechanical and electrical engineering specifications and performing engineering reviews of proposed new equipment designs. · Collaborate with production staff to coordinate repair work, statutory safety inspections, and the supply of new plant and equipment. · Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment. · Oversee and supervise the operational maintenance and repair of equipment in production areas. · Ensure operational readiness and pre-calibrations of equipment in production areas before the CQV phase and operational rollout. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: · A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field. · Ideally, 3–5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or purification production facility, combined with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles. · Proven experience in planning and implementing maintenance programs in a manufacturing environment. · Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members while fostering a solid team culture. · Fluency in both Danish and English.You have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to find sustainable solutions. As a leader, you have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and engage with colleagues at all levels.
