Read and apply! The Position As a Senior Filling Professional, you will be responsible for various tasks, such as maintaining and optimizing processes with direct impact on compliance and production. Your main focus will be on: • Ensuring the validated state of production lines.
• Participate in various projects having the role as operational responsible
• Optimizing processes and methods using cLEAN® as our primary tool.
• Providing training for operators and driving process improvements.
• Supporting operators in making informed decisions, based on a deep understanding of processes and procedures. In this position it is important to have a close collaboration with the operational teams, technical support and a wide range of stakeholders.

Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should:

Have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in natural sciences, engineering or a related field.

Have at least 3 years’ experience in aseptic production.

Have GMP and production experience and knowledge of aseptic production

Have a professional proficiency in Danish and English.

On a personal level, you are quick to learn and embrace new tasks and challenges. You have a strong desire to gain deep expertise in the validation and operation of isolator filling lines. You approach problem-solving with a systematic, analytical and efficient attitude. You are skilled in communicating at all levels, as you will collaborate with operators, managers, and specialists.
About the department You will become a part of the Validation Support team. We are located in Hillerød and our department is responsible for providing support to our isolator filling lines. We are equipped with state-of-the-art technology for filling aseptic products for patients worldwide.
