Handy Apartment Caretaker for SKATEPRO
Would you like to be a part of an international growing e-commerce company? Are you good at working with practical tasks, working with your hands, being serviceminded and helpful?
Then you might be the caretaker for our internal apartments we are looking for in SKATEPRO.
POSITION
As an apartment caretaker you will have the overall responsibility for the SKATEPRO apartment portfolio including 18 rooms at 6 apartments at 3 locations. You will be responsible for the conditions of the apartment and rooms in close interaction with the tenants.
You will be part of HR & Facility and refer to the HR Manager. The team counts 4 people and will be ready to support you.
YOUR TASKS
- Act as the primary point of contact for current and future tenants
- Play a key role in upholding the standards of apartments and rooms including house rules and cleaning plan
- Provide weekly onsite check of apartments
- Provide feedback to tenants if house rules including cleaning and tidiness do not meet standards
- Do minor repairs and cleaning tasks
- Order relevant craftsman as required for larger repairs (carpenter, painter, electrician, plumber, etc.)
- Provide moving in assistance
- Provide moving out inspection and report any damages
- Buy items missing in apartments
- Other facility tasks at the headquarter
YOUR PROFILE
- We imagine that you have years of experience working with practical and serviceminded tasks. You are good at handling many different tasks in a dynamic environment with a high workpace.
- Besides that, we wish that you have the following qualifications;
Professional qualifications
- You have a driver's licence - it is required in the position
- You have experience as craftsman either as electrician, plumber, carpenter or the like
- You speak English
- You like to engage with young people
- You have good communication skills - be persistent and follow through in a polite way
- You set standards and care for things as your own

- You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with short deadlines
- You are a strong team player and can work independently
- You are self driven and can plan your own workday
- You are flexible and pragmatic
- You are good at using your hands

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
- Workplace: Omega 6, Søften, 8382 Hinnerup and other locations/apartments in Aarhus
- Working hours: 37 hours a week
- Starting date is as soon as possible
